Oh Limbo, such a cutie but such a mess.
He is one of the few surviving siblings, and he struggled the most by far. Poor nutrition and dirty conditions lead to a massive eye infection for both him and his sister (unfortunately she didn't make it).
He also struggled to gain weight on and off for a few months, thankfully he had his momma still there willing to nurse him well beyond the normal 8 weeks. Thankfully he turned a corner in early September and has been a rockstar ever since.
I doubt he'll grow much more beyond this small 4 pounds frame. He will also more thank likely have health issues. But currently he is a soft, shiny, happy boy. Loves other cats, good with dogs, will come hang out with you and especially likes a cat bed on your bed 
Whoever adopts him should be focused on giving him the best quality of years that they can, and not get hung up on the quantity of years they get with him
